Skybrokers de-installs 30+ satellite Antennas in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Skybrokers (http://sky-brokers.com) de-installed five earth station antennas (2x Andrew 4.5m & 3x Andrew 5.6m antennas) and 25+ VSAT antennas from a 4-story office building in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This challenging project took 2 weeks in January 2018 with incredible help of the customer and contractors. The majority of the VSAT antenna were scrapped and metal was recycled. The Earth Station Antennas were disassembled and transported back to our facility in Central Europe where they will be completely refurbished and prepared for re-installation. Watch the video:

Skybrokers (http://sky-brokers.com) de-installed an Andrew 7.3m antenna in Dusseldorf, Germany. The dismantling took 5 days in November 2017. Antenna will be completely refurbished and prepared for sale in our facility in Central Europe. Watch the de-installation video!

Skybrokers (sky-brokers.com) was contracted to remove a VertexRSI 9.0m earth station antenna in Guildford, UK in March 2017. We took the antenna down in one week and moved it with a dedicated truck to our facility in Central Europe for refurbishment. Watch the video published on YouTube!

De-installation of a VertexRSI 9m antenna in Vienna

In December 2016 our team dismantled a Vertex 9m antenna in Vienna, Austria. A challenging project since we had to de-install in the air due to limited space. With special equipment and trucks we finished the job in less then one week!

Installing 2x ASC Signal 7.6m antennas at OMNIAccess Mallorca

Skybrokers installation team was requested to install two new ASC Signal 7.6m earth station antennas at OMNI Access Marine Network Solutions on Mallorca (Balearic Islands). The team spend 4-5 weeks to assemble, install, erect and align the antennas to support OMNI Access with their Teleport expansions. Watch the installation video on YouTube!

Skybrokers installation team finished the de-installation of an Andrew 4.6m Ku-band Earth Station antenna. The de-commissioning of this antenna was part of a de-installation of two antennas in Geneva, Switzerland. The antenna will be completely refurbished in our facility in Europe and becomes available for sale. The dismantling was filmed and the video can be watched in YouTube!

..and here is the 2nd antenna that we dismantled in the same sequence as the 11m Viasat. The antennas are currently loaded into a truck and will be transported back to our facility for full refurbishment.

Skybrokers de-installed an Andrew 3.7m antenna in Vicenza, Italy

Skybrokers (http://www.sky-brokers.com) de-installed an Andrew 3.7m antenna at the Caserne Ederle (US Army base) in Vicenza, Italy in July 2015. The antenna was transported back to our EU facility for a full refurbishment. The team performed the de-installation and loading on a truck in two days.

Skybrokers installing a RSI 9.2m Earth Station antenna in Asia

Skybrokers was requested to install a RSI 9.2m Earth Station antenna in Asia, close to the Chinese/Russian border. The antenna has been installed in a big city at the Amur river in North East China/Siberia area. Under severe weather conditions we assisted the customer with the installation.

Skybrokers (http://sky-brokers.com) de-installed an Andrew 7.6m Earth Station Antenna in the UK, January 2015. The de-installation was performed by our two member installation team and took 5 days including loading in a truck. 

The antenna will be checked out and refurbished in our facility in Europe.

Our customer had a very strict deadline and Skybrokers could deliver and install a 9m Earth station in Mexico-City just before X-mas. We have made a video of this RSI 9.2m Earth Station antenna. Please watch the video on YouTube and Vimeo.

Finishing a Vertex 11m C-band earth station antenna and a Vertex 8m Ku-band earth station antenna in Vilnius Lithuania. We (www.sky-brokers.com) are currently performing the theodolite of both antennas that we delivered a few weeks ago. The 11m was done quickly without any problems. Now we are working on the 8m. The reflector will be lifted on its pedestal this afternoon (March 31st, 2014).

Installation of a Vertex 9m earth station antenna in Germany

This week we (www.sky-brokers.com) will finish the refurbished 9m Vertex earth station antenna in Raisting, Germany. We had a bit of a delays due delay in parts arrival due to the weather condition in the USA. Our freight agent could not get our ordered parts in time in the aircraft carrier. We had to stop the installation with a two week pause. But our engineers work hard to get the antenna up and running now.

Currently the reflector and its sub is being aligned and it looks promising. The weather conditions in Munich area are very good (17degr C).

Relocation of a Vertex 11.1m C-band earth station antenna in the UK

We have successfully finished the relocation of a Vertex 11m C-band Earth Station antenna in London, UK. The antenna is even performing better then before, the customer said. We finished this installation on November 21st, 2013 and the antenna looks like new. We made a video that can be watched on YouTube. See below

Skybrokers relocating a Vertex 11.1m C-band Earth Station Antenna in London UK

Our 2nd installation team is currently finishing a Vertex 11.1m C-band earth station antenna relocation in the UK. On request of our customer we took the antenna done in a three week time frame and we start re-assembly in October. Due to severe weather conditions we faced some delays but these delays were managed to be at a minimum. As we speak the antenna is running patterns and the performance looks promising. During installation our team has refurbished the reflector and will re-paint it to look like new. Please see below some pictures taken during installation and refurbishment.
