VertexRSI 9m Earth Station antenna installation in Frankfurt area, Germany

Skybrokers (http://sky-brokers.com) delivered and installed an used and refurbished Vertex 9.0m earth station antenna with a Scientific Atlanta (Viasat) 10m Pedestal mount in Usingen (Frankfurt Area), Germany. The installation was successfully performed by a two-member installation team and took 3.5 weeks in November 2017. Watch the installation video!

In December 2016 our team dismantled a Vertex 9m antenna in Vienna, Austria. A challenging project since we had to de-install in the air due to limited space. With special equipment and trucks we finished the job in less then one week!

Here is another antenna project we are working on! Skybrokers delivered a used VertexRSI 9m antenna to Greenland Television. The antenna was refurbished in our facility in Europe and shipped by container overseas to Nuuk in Greenland. With remote support from us the customer did the majority of the assembly of the antenna that is placed on a hill. 
Skybrokers technicians will align the main reflector and test the antenna in the next weeks.

Refurbished RSI (VertexRSI) 9.2m antenna for GuyaCom

Work in progress! Skybrokers delivered a RSI 9.2m Earth Station antenna to French Guiana last month. This antenna was completely refurbished in our facility in Europe, we added new hardware kits and motors with gearboxes and checked out the whole system before loading into a 40ft sea-container. The customer could perform an excellent installation. 

On September 12th the reflector was lifted onto the tripod mount successfully. Coming days the installation will be completed and the antenna will be put in operation.

Skybrokers delivered an used and refurbished Vertex 9m Earth Station antenna to DISH TV in India. The client was satisfied and happy with the quality of the refurbishment after his visit to our facility in Europe. We provided new motors and gearboxes as well as new jack boots, checked out and completed hardware kits. Out team loaded the antenna in a 40ft sea container and the customer was involved with installation.

Skybrokers installation team just finished the de-installation of a Vertex 9m Earth Station antenna in Geneva, Switzerland. The antenna will be completely refurbished in our facility in Europe and becomes available for sale.

Skybrokers de-installing a Viasat 11m Antenna in the UK

Our team has de-installed a Viasat 11m antenna at a Teleport in Redditch, UK. The team spend three weeks to dismantle, pack and loading of this antenna. It will be transported back to our facility for full refurbishment. Check the video we made of the lifting:

Skybrokers (http://sky-brokers.com) de-installed an Andrew 7.6m Earth Station Antenna in the UK, January 2015. The de-installation was performed by our two member installation team and took 5 days including loading in a truck. 

The antenna will be checked out and refurbished in our facility in Europe.

Our customer had a very strict deadline and Skybrokers could deliver and install a 9m Earth station in Mexico-City just before X-mas. We have made a video of this RSI 9.2m Earth Station antenna. Please watch the video on YouTube and Vimeo.

Finishing a Vertex 11m C-band earth station antenna and a Vertex 8m Ku-band earth station antenna in Vilnius Lithuania. We (www.sky-brokers.com) are currently performing the theodolite of both antennas that we delivered a few weeks ago. The 11m was done quickly without any problems. Now we are working on the 8m. The reflector will be lifted on its pedestal this afternoon (March 31st, 2014).

Installation of a Vertex 9m earth station antenna in Germany

This week we (www.sky-brokers.com) will finish the refurbished 9m Vertex earth station antenna in Raisting, Germany. We had a bit of a delays due delay in parts arrival due to the weather condition in the USA. Our freight agent could not get our ordered parts in time in the aircraft carrier. We had to stop the installation with a two week pause. But our engineers work hard to get the antenna up and running now.

Currently the reflector and its sub is being aligned and it looks promising. The weather conditions in Munich area are very good (17degr C).

Installation of a refurbished Vertex 9m earth Station antenna in Germany

Skybrokers installation team is currently installing a refurbished Vertex 9m Earth Station antenna in Raisting (Munich area Germany). Local weather conditions are good and we are making very good progress. We still are waiting for parts from our US suppliers, but deliveries are a bit delayed due to the bad weather at the other side of the Atlantic.

We started on Tuesday Feb 4th and we expect to have the antenna aligned this weekend! The rest of next week we spend on installing the de-icing and closure, the electrical circuit, motorization and indoor equipment. Hope to be ready mid of February for moving to the next installation. Stay tuned!
